目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者餐后血脂变化及其与胰岛素和血糖的关系。方法 测定 6 0例 2型糖尿病患者空腹及餐后 2 h血脂、载脂蛋白、胰岛素 (Ins)及血糖 (PG) ,并与 30例正常人作对照。结果 (1)糖尿病组与正常组比较表明 ,空腹及餐后 2 h PG、Ins、甘油三脂 (TG)均显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)及载脂蛋白 A1 /载脂蛋白 B1 0 0 (apo A1 /apo B1 0 0 )比值均显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )糖尿病患者餐后 TG、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL)与空腹 Ins水平呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,餐后总胆固醇 (TC)与餐后 2 h PG呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而餐后 apo A1 /apo B1 0 0 与餐后 2 h PG呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 糖尿病患者存在着明显的餐后脂代谢紊乱 ,且餐后脂代谢紊乱与空腹 Ins水平及餐后 2 h血糖水平显著相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of postprandial blood lipids and its relationship with insulin and blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Fasting, postprandial blood lipids, apolipoproteins, insulin and blood glucose (PG) were measured in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and compared with 30 healthy controls. Results (1) Compared with normal group, the levels of PG, Ins and triglyceride (TG) in fasting group and postprandial 2 h group were significantly increased (P <0.05); HDL and lipids (P <0.05); (2) Postprandial TG, low density lipoprotein (L-DL) and fasting serum glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (P <0.05), postprandial total cholesterol (TC) and postprandial 2 h PG were positively correlated (P <0.05), while postprandial apo A1 / apo B1 0 0 and postprandial 2 h PG was negatively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion There is obvious disturbance of postprandial lipid metabolism in diabetic patients, and the disturbance of postprandial lipid metabolism is significantly related to fasting Ins level and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level.
