随着企业的发展,人才梯队建设,越来越被企业管理者重视,但是很多企业并没有真正理解如何进行人才梯队建设,它的途径和机制。本文从人才梯队建设的基础——有效招聘的角度,分析了有效招聘对人才梯队建设的基础性作用及其产生作用的原因。结合人力资源管理的互补增值原理和竞争强化原理,将人们对人才梯队建设看作是简单的人员培训、员工培养的误区中引导出来,让人们更多的意识到团队成员之配合和团队力量的重要性。
With the development of enterprises, the construction of talent echelon is paid more and more attention by the managers of enterprises. However, many enterprises do not really understand how to build the talent echelon, its ways and mechanisms. This essay analyzes the basic function of the effective recruitment on the echelon of talent echelon and the reasons for it. Combined with the complementary value-added principle of human resource management and the principle of competition intensification, people will be seen as a simple personnel training, staff training errors led to people more aware of the cooperation of team members and team strength importance.
