1995年 9月至 2 0 0 2年 8月 ,我们共诊治食管癌术后膈疝6例 ,现将体会报道如下。临床资料 本组 6例均为食管癌术后病人。手术后 4～12d确诊为膈疝后全部经原切口入胸行膈疝修补术。术中发现 ,6例均有横结肠和大网膜疝入胸腔 ,合并有脾脏和部分空肠疝入 2例 ;伴有左肺下叶不张
September 1995 to August 2002, we have a total of 6 cases of diagnosis and treatment of esophageal diaphragmatic hernia, now the experience reported as follows. Clinical data in this group of 6 patients were esophageal cancer patients. 4 ~ 12d after surgery diagnosed as diaphragmatic hernia after all the original incision into the chest by the diaphragmatic hernia repair. Intraoperative findings, 6 patients had transverse colon and omental hernia into the chest, combined with spleen and some jejunum hernia into 2 cases; accompanied by left lower lobe atelectasis
