西北机器厂(七O九厂)位于陕西省西安——宝鸡沿线的工业重镇蔡家坡,1940年创建,原名为“雍兴实业股份有限公司西北机器厂”,是官僚资本家孔祥熙为给其在陕甘地区的纺织业修造纺纱机而创办的,也是当时西北地区唯一的机器制造厂,迄今已有五十年的历史了。解放以后,经过四十年的改造与建设,现已具有相当规模,成为机械电子工业部从事电子专用设备研制和生产的大型骨干企业。历年来,为发展我国的国防、电子、机械、轻纺工业以及其它行业做出了显著的贡献。十年改革,特别是近几年来,我厂努力踏上时代的步伐,通过一系列改革措施,使企业在经营模式、产品结构、管理体制等方面都发生了深刻的变化,为今后的发展开创了新的格局。 Northwest Machinery Factory (July Oxygen Factory) is located in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, where Cai Jiapo, an industrial center along Baoji, was founded in 1940. It was formerly known as the “Northwest Machine Factory of Zhaoxing Industrial Co., Ltd.” and was given by the bureaucratic capitalist Kong Xiangxi. The establishment of the spinning machine in the region’s textile industry was the only machine factory in the northwest region at that time. It has been 50 years old so far. After liberation, after 40 years of transformation and construction, it has now become a large-scale backbone enterprise engaged in the development and production of electronic special equipment for the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics. Over the years, it has made significant contributions to the development of China’s defense, electronics, machinery, textile and other industries.
