大型回转窑支承系统的复合摩擦与正斜接触载荷分析

通过研究大型回转窑支承系统组件的摩擦和接触载荷特点,基于力平衡关系分析托轮和轮带相依滚动与轴向窜动的二维复合摩擦运动规律,建立了摩擦载荷与摩擦因素计算模型。利用赫兹理论和椭圆积分,导出托轮和轮带中心线在平行与歪斜情况下的接触压力分布公式,计算出最大接触压力比和中心线歪斜角度之间的定量关系,表明接触压力对歪斜角度十分敏感。该研究可为支承系统的分析设计和窑线调整提供参考。 By studying the friction and contact load characteristics of the components of the large rotary kiln support system, the law of two-dimensional composite friction motion between the roller bearing and the belt rolling and the axial movement is analyzed based on the force balance relationship. The friction load and friction factor calculation model are established. The Hertzian theory and elliptic integral were used to derive the contact pressure distribution formula between the centerline of the roller and the belt under parallelism and skewness. The quantitative relationship between the maximum contact pressure ratio and the centerline skew angle was calculated. It shows that the relationship between contact pressure and skew angle Very sensitive. This study can provide reference for analysis design and kiln line adjustment of support system.
