房地产是我国国民经济的支柱产业,涉及千家万户。稳定房价,防止其大起大落不仅是当前我国经济工作的一个重中之重,也是我国房地产业的一个长期发展目标。房价持续上涨是由多种因素综合而成,但从根本来看,是由供求关系不平衡造成的,因此,解决房产市场的供求矛盾是平抑房价的前提。本文拟从征收房产累进税的方式来抑制部分需求进而达到稳定房价的目的。
Real estate is the pillar industry of our national economy, involving millions of households. To stabilize housing prices and prevent their ups and downs is not only a top priority of our current economic work, but also a long-term development goal of China’s real estate industry. Housing prices continued to rise from a combination of many factors, but fundamentally, it is caused by the imbalance between supply and demand, therefore, to solve the real estate market supply and demand contradiction is to stabilize the price of the premise. This article intends to levy real estate progressive tax ways to curb part of the demand and thus achieve the purpose of stabilizing housing prices.
