一国产业国际竞争力，直接牵涉到该国社会经济发展的各个方面，影响到该国的国民福 利，在很大程度上决定该国在世界政治经济舞台中的地位和作用，并往往成为影响其 国家竞争力的重要砝码。本文以美国产业国际竞争力及其变化为探讨对象，分析２０世 纪８０年代美国产业竞争力的主要表现和引发的争议；从８０年代产业竞争力下降转变 为９０年代产业竞争力渐强的原因及其对美国经济的影响，最后阐述美国的这一转变 实践对我国的几点启示。
The international competitiveness of a country’s industries, which directly affects all aspects of the country’s social and economic development, affects the national welfare of that country and to a large extent determines the country’s position and role in the world political and economic arena and often becomes an issue The important weight of its national competitiveness. This article takes the international competitiveness of the American industry and its changes as the object of study, analyzes the main manifestations and controversies caused by the American industrial competitiveness in the 1980s, and from the reasons why the industrial competitiveness declined in the 1980s to the increasingly competitive industry in the 1990s. Its impact on the U.S. economy, and finally elaborates on the implications of this change in the United States for our country.
