本文依据出土的大量漆器和文献资料,阐述了战国至秦代漆器的制作、生产管理等情况,并与彩绘秦俑的制作技法进行比较,发现两者不仅在制作程序上基本相同,而且在胎骨、打底、髹漆、彩绘等各道制作技法上也多有相似之处,结合秦始皇陵园出土的其它遗物上的用漆情况以及秦俑装饰要求,从而得出秦俑表面涂漆的原因很可能是借鉴、吸纳了当时普遍生产的漆器的制作工艺技术。
Based on a large number of unearthed lacquerware and literature, this article elaborates the production and management of the lacquer ware from the Warring States Period to the Qin Dynasty, compares with the making techniques of the painted terracotta warriors and horses and finds that the two are not only basically the same in the production process, There are many similarities in the techniques of making bone, base, paint and painting.
