目的:探讨磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用及效果。方法:本研究选取了2014年10月至2015年11月我院收治的64例行义齿覆盖修复患者作为研究对象。采用HY2939C仪对患者磁体粘固前,粘固后固定力进行检测,采用吸光值测定法对患者咀嚼效率进行检测。完成治疗后对患者12个月内不良反应情况进行统计。结果:粘固前患者固定力为1.3N,粘固后为4.2N;粘固前咀嚼效率为0.3,粘固后为0.7。对比发现治疗后较治疗前改善明显,差异具有显著性,P<0.01。64例患者中发生不良反应共5例,发生率为7.8%。治疗后发生牙龈炎且磁体脱落患者共4例,义齿折断1例。结论:磁性附着体应用于口腔修复中能有效改善患者义齿修复情况,应用性能良好,固定力稳定,同时异物感低,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application and effect of magnetic attachment in oral repair. Methods: Totally 64 patients undergoing denture covering and repairing in our hospital from October 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the research object. Using HY2939C instrument on the patient’s magnet before cementing, adhesive force after the test, using the absorbance value of the chewing test for patients. After completion of treatment of patients within 12 months of adverse reactions statistics. Results: Patient immobilization force was 1.3 N before cementing and 4.2 N after cementing; masticatory efficiency was 0.3 before cementing and 0.7 after cementing. Comparison found that after treatment than before treatment to improve significantly, the difference was significant, P <0.01.64 cases of adverse reactions in a total of 5 cases, the incidence was 7.8%. Gingivitis occurred after treatment and the magnet off patients in 4 cases, 1 case of denture fracture. Conclusion: The magnetic attachment can effectively improve the denture restoration in patients with oral prostheses, and has good application performance, stable fixation force and low foreign body sensation, which is worth widely popularized in clinic.
