本文深入地研究了7107A/D(模拟/数字)转换器工作原理,并为其设计了高抗干扰、高保真接口电路,使采用7107A/D转换器的各类数字式温度表、压力表进入计算机,解决了传感器直接垫在火花塞下测量缸盖温度时受到强电磁干扰而无法进行数据采集的技术难题,具有广阔的应用前景。我所生产的TDC-01缸盖温度表,几年来在天津摩托车检测中心微机采集系统中使用,实践证明工作可靠、性能稳定。
In this paper, the working principle of the 7107A / D (analog / digital) converter is studied in depth and a high anti-jamming and high fidelity interface circuit is designed for it. Various types of digital thermometers and pressure gauges using the 7107A / D converter are introduced The computer solves the technical problem that when the sensor directly measures the temperature of the cylinder head under the spark plug and can not perform data acquisition because of the strong electromagnetic interference, it has broad application prospect. I produced TDC-01 cylinder head thermometer, a few years in Tianjin Motorcycle Testing Center computer acquisition system used in practice proved reliable, stable performance.
