用荧光光谱法研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)对对二甲基胺基苯甲醛(DMABA)的分子内扭转电荷转移(TICT)的微环境效应。在纯水及β-CD水溶液中均观察到了DMABA的TICT的典型的双重荧光发射,β-CD对DMABA的TICT荧光性质有显著影响。实验还观察到TICT荧光带与正常荧光带强度比与DMABA浓度有线性关系,β-CD的引入使该线性斜率提高。结合吸收光谱结果讨论了DMABA的TICT激发态性质,DMABA与β-CD的作用方式和β-CD微环境效应的本质特征。
The microenvironmental effects of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) on the intramolecular torsional charge transfer (TICT) of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde (DMABA) were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. The typical double fluorescence emission of TBA of DMABA was observed in both pure water and β-CD aqueous solution, and β-CD had a significant effect on the TICT fluorescence properties of DMABA. The experiment also observed a linear relationship between the intensity ratio of the TICT fluorescence band to the normal fluorescence band and the DMABA concentration. The introduction of β-CD increased the linear slope. According to the results of absorption spectra, the nature of TICT excited states, the mode of action of DMABA and β-CD and the essential characteristics of β-CD microenvironmental effects were discussed.
