介绍了所研制的半金属树脂基摩擦材料替代石棉摩擦材料,对其摩擦学等性能进行了研究并在进口掘进机上进行了试用。装机试验表明,所研制摩擦片磨损总量最小,耐磨性能和使用寿命在正常使用或离合器打滑情况下优于石棉摩擦片。
The semi-metallic resin-based friction material developed was introduced to replace the asbestos friction material. The tribological properties and other properties of the friction material were studied and tested on an imported roadheader. The installed capacity test shows that the total wear volume of the developed friction plate is the smallest, the abrasion resistance and service life are better than that of the asbestos friction plate under normal use or clutch slip.
