目的:建立唇裂修复手术的仿真模拟三维多媒体平台。方法:收集现实的唇裂及其修复手术素材,利用3DS MAX三维建模软件建立头部模型,构建面部轮廓,以网格编辑的形式,再现唇裂,并用动画制作功能展示唇裂手术修复过程,包括:定点、切开和缝合3个步骤。结果:完成了唇裂修复手术下三角瓣法的三维多媒体平台的初步建立。结论:唇裂修复手术的三维多媒体平台为唇裂修复手术的设计、临床教学提供了新的工具。
Objective: To establish a three-dimensional multi-media platform for simulation of cleft lip repair surgery. Methods: The actual cleft lip and its repair material were collected. The 3DS MAX 3D modeling software was used to build the head model, construct the facial contour, reproduce the cleft lip in the form of grid editing and display the cleft lip repair process with the animation function, including: Set point, cut and stitch 3 steps. Results: The three-dimensional multi-media platform under the cleft lip repair surgery was established. Conclusion: The 3D multimedia platform for cleft lip repair provides a new tool for the clinical teaching of cleft lip repair surgery.
