据统计,全球运行中核电站数量达437座,在建与拟建核电站数量预计将进一步提高,各国就核电发展出台相应政策,核电申请与建设进程平稳正常发展。相比于第二代核电技术,第三代技术的非能动系统设计大大提高了核电站的安全系数,降低了运行风险;模块化妁设计进一步缩短了建设工期,提高了核电站的建设效率与速度。福岛事故4年后,充分夯实基础的中国核电建设已正式重启,规划至2020年并网装机58GW,在建达30GW。
According to statistics, the number of nuclear power plants in operation in the world reaches 437, and the number of NPPs under construction and to be built is expected to further increase. All countries have introduced corresponding policies on nuclear power development, and the nuclear power application and construction process have enjoyed steady and normal development. Compared with the second generation of nuclear power technology, the third generation of passive system design greatly improves the safety factor of nuclear power plant and reduces the operational risk; the modular design further shortens the construction period and improves the construction efficiency and speed of nuclear power plants. Four years after the Fukushima accident, China’s nuclear power construction, which has been fully solidified, has officially restarted. It plans to install 58GW of grid-connected machines by 2020 and build 30GW.
