本文对“京 4 11”和“京冬 8”两个小麦品种芒和旗叶的叶绿体超微结构及其低温荧光特性等进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,小麦芒有发育较好的叶绿体 ,其单个叶肉细胞中叶绿体数较少 ,体积小 ,基粒垛叠整齐 ,基粒片层少 ,但其片层比旗叶的宽。其中高产品种“京冬 8”芒的基粒及其片层均较“京 4 11”多。通过低温 (77K)荧光发射光谱分析结果显示 ,不同品种的芒和旗叶的F6 86 /F734 值存在差别 ,如高产品种旗叶的F6 86 /F734 比其芒高 ,而在对比品种芒中F6 86 /F734 的值比旗叶高 ;两个品种芒的F6 86 /F734 值差别不大。本文还讨论了芒的叶绿体结构与功能的关系 ,从而为研究其在穗部光合中的作用提供了有力的证据
In this paper, we compared the chloroplast ultrastructure and low-temperature fluorescence characteristics of two cultivars “Jing 4 11” and “Jing Dong 8”. The results showed that wheat had better developmental chloroplasts. The single mesophyll cells had fewer chloroplasts, smaller size, smaller basal plies and fewer grana lamellae, but the lamellae were wider than the flag leaves. Among them, the base grain and its lamella of high-yielding variety “Jingdong 8” were more than that of “Jing 4 11”. The results of fluorescence emission spectrometry at low temperature (77K) showed that the F6 86 / F734 values differed among the different cultivars from the flag leaf. For example, F6 86 / F734 in flag leaf of high-yielding cultivars was higher than that of flag leaf in F6 86 / F734, The value of 86 / F734 was higher than that of flag leaf. The difference of F6 86 / F734 value between two cultivars was not significant. This paper also discussed the relationship between the structure and function of chloroplast in Mount M. so as to provide strong evidence for studying its role in photosynthesis of panicles
