本文围绕《女职工劳动保护特别规定》施行一周年实施状况,笔者通过浙江中部某县60家企业女职工劳动权益保护状况进行了一次小样本调查。本次调查了女职工4623人。从调查的情况看,有不少企业在定期对女职工进行妇科病检查;支付女职工产假工资、报销生育医疗费;给予女职工享有国家规定的产假、生育津贴;改善女职工的劳动环境和劳动条件等方面与《规定》的要求相去甚远,情况不容乐观,亟需各级政府与社会高度重视。
This article focuses on the implementation status of the first anniversary of the implementation of the “Special Regulations on Labor Protection for Female Employees”. The author conducted a small sample survey on the protection of labor rights and interests of female employees in 60 enterprises in a county in central Zhejiang. The survey of 4623 women workers.
