概述中国住宅房地产的60年发展记录了住宅房地产从基本生存型—温饱型—舒适型—享受型的发展阶段,建设的理念和开发模式也跟随住房体制变革按简单模仿型—探索型—理智型—精明型的规律不断发展。建国伊始,百废待兴,城镇居民的住房短缺十分严重,人均居住面积只有3.6平方米。而到了2008年,这一数字就上升为28平方米。60年间,房地产成为国民经济GDP的支撑产业,拉动约十多个行业30个产业的发展。由此,有了些许感悟,在即将举办“地产风云榜”前,梳理曾经的过往,以共和国60年为一个节点,因为在这个过程中,房地产的发展也记录了这个时代的进步……
Overview 60 years of development of residential real estate in China recorded the development stage of residential real estate from the basic subsistence-subsistence-comfort-enjoying type.
