为了保证大吨位T形刚构桥转体过程中不发生倾覆,针对转动体系的构造,分析了转体过程中可能发生的失稳形式特征,对球铰接触面上的压应力分布形态进行了估计,利用半空间体边界作用集中力理论,推导出球铰接触面上竖向压应力公式,继而求出失稳的临界力矩求解公式,并最终确定临界力矩的近似公式。研究结果表明:运用基于接触面竖向压力的失稳临界力矩公式对稳定性验算更为合理、准确,且所提出的近似公式具有足够的工程精度。
In order to ensure that the large-tonnage T-shaped rigid frame bridge can not be overturned during the swivel process, according to the structure of the rotating system, the possible instability characteristics during swiveling process are analyzed. The distribution of compressive stress on the ball-hinge interface is analyzed It is estimated that the formula of vertical compressive stress on the ball-joint contact surface is deduced by using the theory of concentrated force on the half-space body boundary, and then the formula of solving the critical moment of instability is obtained and the approximate formula of the critical moment is finally determined. The results show that the stability checking is more reasonable and accurate by using the instability critical moment formula based on the vertical pressure of the contact surface, and the proposed approximate formula has sufficient engineering accuracy.
