本钢特钢厂自改造后随着大功率设备逐年增加投入生产使用,即电磁干扰源数量增加。电磁对弱电信号所产生的干扰越来越强,其结果导致通讯中断,信号消失,设备故障停机。当生产过程中发生干扰导致设备故障停机,产品将堆积在各架轧机中,损失有效作业时间,并伴随产生废品及设备顶坏等不良影响。通过逐年经验的积累与改进,采取可靠接地与屏蔽干扰时轧机分闸信号相结合的方案能有效解决干扰引起的设备事故。

Electromagnetic interference on weak signals is getting stronger and stronger, resulting in communication interruption, signal disappearance, equipment failure downtime. When interference occurs in the production process and the equipment is shut down, the products will accumulate in the rolling mills and the effective working time will be lost, accompanied by the adverse effects such as the waste products and equipment being damaged. Through the accumulation and improvement of year-by-year experiences, the solution of combining the signal of sub-gate rolling mill with reliable grounding and shielding interference can effectively solve the equipment accident caused by interference.
