建立了某车辆换挡离合器液压系统压力控制阀动力学模型并进行了仿真,通过实验验证了所建数学模型和仿真计算方法的正确性与有效性,分析了不同结构参数对压力控制阀充油过程的影响,研究结果可以为车辆液压系统的设计、改进及预测提供理论依据。
The dynamic model of the pressure control valve of hydraulic system of a shift clutch for a vehicle was established and simulated. The correctness and effectiveness of the mathematical model and the simulation calculation method were verified by experiments, and the different structural parameters of the pressure control valve were analyzed. The results of the research can provide theoretical basis for the design, improvement and prediction of vehicle hydraulic system.
