当前,教师性侵学生案件屡次发生,给学生和社会带来了严重的危害,包括主体层面的学生受伤和师群受挫、教育层面的公信降低和行为失衡、社会层面的负性导向和德性失范。据此,分析事件背后的成因和找寻有效的对策凸显出必要性与紧迫性。对其成因的分析应着眼于动态、系统、生成、具化的生态学视角,包括教师、学生、学校、家庭和社会等多方面原因。社会正性文化引导与支持平台建构,家庭加强亲子沟通和倾心保护关照,学校建设安管体系和开展教育活动,教师锤炼德行修养和学生自护自爱等是有效预防此类事件再次发生的重要措施。
