秦皇岛市玻璃博物馆是我国首家国有专题博物馆,它的开放得到了社会各界和中外游客的广泛关注,纪念品研发与展售是其重要功能之一。筹备之初,为完善功能,达到开馆运营标准,玻璃博物馆采用“联合玻璃企业,研发、代销共赢的经营模式。与耀华君鼎艺术玻璃有限公司、宁波千玉公司等多家玻璃艺术品公司订立产品展卖与研发合同。当前,共研发20余种玻璃纪念品,融入了山海关、北戴河、长城、大海等本地文化元素,广受各届游客喜爱。研发工作充分发挥旅游城市、玻璃之都的地缘、资源优势与玻璃艺术品开发创新相融合,打造有本市特色的文化旅游品牌,增加玻璃工业文化内涵,提升我市纪念品研发水平,也是对我市文化产业发展道路的有益探索。
