双硫仑样反应是急诊科门诊可见的药物不良反应,它是一种应用某些头孢菌素或甲硝唑或优降糖等药物的患者饮酒后出现的一系列不良反应。临床医生在诊断治疗过程中经常误诊,误治。本文就此类不良反应做综合报告。1 临床资料本文14病例均来自我院急诊科1997年8月~2000年8月门诊及观察病人,均为男性,年龄20~45岁,10例为头孢哌酮-乙醇,2例为口服甲硝唑-乙醇,2例为优降糖-乙醇
Disulfiram-like response is an adverse drug reaction seen in the emergency department. It is a series of adverse reactions after alcohol consumption in some cephalosporin, metronidazole, or hypoglycemic agents. Clinicians often misdiagnosis and mistreatment during the diagnosis and treatment.
