目的研究淡黄香茶菜Isodon flavidus枝叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI等色谱材料及方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从淡黄香茶菜枝叶95%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为线纹香茶菜酸(1)、isopimara-7,15-dien-19-oic acid(2)、isopimara-7,15-dien-3β-ol(3)、rubesanolide D(4)、乌索酸(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、齐墩果酸(7)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌索酸(8)、芝麻素(9)。结论化合物1~5、8~9为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Isodon flavidus leaves. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and MCI. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the leaves of Camellia chinensis Franch. They were identified as isopimara-7,15-dien-19-oic acid (2), isopimara-7 , 15-dien-3β-ol (3), rubesanolide D (4), ursolic acid (5), β-sitosterol (6), oleanolic acid (7), 2α, 3α-dihydroxy-12- Ene-28-ursolic acid (8), sesamin (9). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 5 and 8 ~ 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 3 was isolated from this genus for the first time.
