目的探讨鼻塞式持续气道正压通气 (NCPAP)在新生儿呼吸衰竭中的应用价值。方法应用NCPAP治疗 82例新生儿呼吸衰竭 ,并观察生命体征的变化。结果应用NCPAP 1小时 ,82例中完全缓解 67例 (81 .7% ) ,改善 9例 (1 1 % ) ,无效 6例 (7.3 % ) ,总有效率达 92 .7%。结论NCPAP治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭临床效果显著且安全 Objective To investigate the value of nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP) in neonatal respiratory failure. Methods 82 cases of neonatal respiratory failure were treated with NCPAP and the changes of vital signs were observed. Results NCPAP was applied for 1 hour. In 82 cases, 67 cases (81.7%) were completely relieved, 9 cases (11%) were improved, 6 cases (7.3%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.7%. Conclusion NCPAP treatment of neonatal respiratory failure is clinically effective and safe
