目的探讨高职学生宽恕与心理健康的关系,为促进大学生心理健康提供参考依据。方法用整群分层抽样法,抽取河南省某高职院校一、二、三年级学生272名,采用情景宽恕量表和宽恕倾向量表测查高职学生的宽恕水平,用症状自评量表、自我和谐量表、大学生生活满意度评定量表和情绪量表测查高职学生的心理健康状况。结果在情景宽恕方面,不同性别、不同年级学生之间差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),而男生的宽恕倾向显著高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。情景宽恕与各项心理健康指标有显著相关(P值均<0.05)。宽恕倾向与消极情感、身心症状有显著相关(P值均<0.05)。情景宽恕对身心症状、自我和谐和消极情感具有负向预测力,对生活满意度和积极情感具有正向预测力。宽恕倾向对消极情感有负向预测力。结论宽恕对高职学生心理健康有显著影响。
Objective To explore the relationship between forgiveness and mental health of higher vocational students and to provide reference for promoting the mental health of college students. Methods Cluster stratified sampling method was used to collect 272 students of first, second and third grade from a higher vocational college in Henan Province. The forgiveness scale and the forgiveness tendency scale were used to test the students’ Scale, self-consistency scale, college students’ life satisfaction rating scale and emotion scale to measure the mental health status of higher vocational students. Results As for the forgiveness of the situation, there was no significant difference between students of different grades and grades (P> 0.05), while the male students’ tendency of forgiveness was significantly higher than that of the girls (P <0.05). Situations of forgiveness were significantly associated with various mental health indicators (P <0.05). Forgiveness tendencies and negative emotions, physical and mental symptoms were significantly correlated (P all <0.05). Situation forgiveness has negative predictive power on physical and psychological symptoms, self-harmony and negative emotions, and positive predictive power on life satisfaction and positive emotion. Forgiveness tends to negatively predict negative emotions. Conclusion Forgiveness has a significant impact on the mental health of vocational students.
