2007年进行的第一次全国污染源普查数据是迄今为止我国最为权威的污染物排放量数据,文章运用此数据对二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘、工业粉尘4种大气污染物的总排放量和各自排放量与人均GDP、第二产业比重、单位GDP能耗、去除比之间的关系进行了实证分析,以此科学判断经济发展与大气污染之间的关系。结果表明,大气污染物总排放量与人均GDP呈负相关,与第二产业比重、单位GDP能耗呈正相关。烟尘和工业粉尘对去除比变化最为敏感。
The first national census of census data conducted in 2007 is by far the most authoritative data on pollutant emissions in China. Using this data, the total emissions of four atmospheric pollutants of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, soot and industrial dust and their respective Emissions and per capita GDP, the proportion of secondary industry, energy consumption per unit of GDP, the ratio of removal of the empirical analysis conducted in order to scientifically determine the economic development and the relationship between air pollution. The results show that the total emission of air pollutants is negatively correlated with GDP per capita, which is positively correlated with the proportion of secondary industry and energy consumption per unit GDP. Smoke and industrial dust are most sensitive to removal than changes.
