目的:探讨血浆内皮素(ET)、神经肽 Y(NPY)、神经降压素(NT)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)等4种神经肽(NP)在重型高血压性脑出血(HCH)患者发病过程中的变化及意义。方法:采用放射免疫法检测33例 HCH 患者24h 内和3d、7d、14d外周血4种神经肽水平,并以30例健康者作对照。结果:血浆 ET、NPY、CGRP 水平动态检测均高于正常水平,而 NT 水平动态检测低于正常水平。以发病第3d 差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:血浆4种神经肽含量在 HCH 的发生发展过程中具有一定的规律性,严密监测这4种神经肽含量的动态变化,刘于患者病情程度的判断有指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the effects of four neuropeptides (NP), including endothelin (ET), neuropeptide Y (NPY), neurotensin (NT) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage HCH) patients during the pathogenesis of the change and its significance. Methods: The radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of 4 neuropeptides in 24 cases of HCH patients and 3 weeks, 7 days and 14 days of peripheral blood in 33 HCH patients. Results: The levels of ET, NPY and CGRP in plasma were higher than those in normal subjects, while those in NT patients were lower than those in normal subjects. The incidence of the first 3d difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusions: The content of four neuropeptides in plasma has certain regularity during the development of HCH. The dynamic changes of the content of these four neuropeptides are closely monitored. Liu is instructive in judging the severity of the disease.
