1.故障现象某型液压挖掘机在使用600h及1800h时,先后发生2次右侧履带无法行走、铲斗挖掘无力故障。经检查发现,这2次故障的发生均与P_2泵调节器损坏有关,如图1所示。该挖掘机主泵由2台变量柱塞泵(P_1、P_2泵)组成,其中P_2泵调节器发生故障后,造成该泵流量调节失效,2次维修都更换了新的调节器总成,之后挖掘机工作恢复正常。拆解损坏的调节器后发现,均为负反馈先导活塞断裂,断裂情况如图1c所示。先导活塞断裂后,P_2泵的流量无法调节,导致挖掘机出现上述
1. Symptom Some type of hydraulic excavator in the use of 600h and 1800h, occurred two times the right track can not walk, bucket excavation weakness failure. The inspection found that the occurrence of these 2 failures are related to P_2 pump regulator damage, as shown in Figure 1.
