按照不同质量比将尼龙12和不同分子量PVA共混得到PA12/PVA阻氧薄膜。当PA12/PVA阻氧薄膜中PVA~(BF05),PVA~(BF08),PVA~(BF14)含量分别达到37.5,33.3和23.1wt%时,其氧气阻隔速率和自由体积(V_f)分别达到一个最小值;随着PVA聚合度降低,PA12/PVA薄膜的氧气渗透速率和Vf值进一步降低,最佳阻氧性能PA12_(62.5)PVA~(BF05)_(37.5)样品的氧气渗透速率和V_f数值分别为77 cm~3/m~2.day.atm和1.82×10~(-3) nm~3。
