结合安徽省沿江高速公路沥青混凝土路面工程施工实践,运用正交Marshall试验设计方法,研究AC-20改性沥青混合料矿料级配范围内各筛孔、对应筛孔不同质量通过百分率与不同油石比的5因素5水平对马歇尔技术性能指标的影响,通过数学方差分析,确定了各因素对空隙率、矿料间隙率、有效沥青饱和度、压实试件毛体积相对密度、稳定度和流值的影响因素排序和各因素的显著性定量分析,找到了影响马氏性能指标的各关键性影响因素,对AC-20改性沥青混合料组成设计水平和其他结构类型的矿料级配设计提供了调整满足性能指标的科学方法和分析方法。
