利用秩和比法(RSR法)对医院临床科室1995年的各项工作指标进行了排序和综合评价。意在验证秩和比法不仅可用于医院之间的横向比较,亦可用于医院内部各临床科室之间的横向比较。评价结果显示秩和比法由于指标口径的问题,虽只能用作粗线条的比较,但仍可为医院领导提供一些信息,对科室的宏观调控有一定的参考价值。
Using rank sum ratio method (RSR method), ranking and comprehensive evaluation of various work indexes of hospital clinical departments in 1995 were conducted. It is intended to verify that the rank sum ratio method can be used not only for horizontal comparisons between hospitals but also for horizontal comparisons among clinical departments within hospitals. The evaluation results show that the rank sum ratio method can only be used as a rough line for comparison because of the problem of index caliber. However, it can still provide some information for hospital leaders, and has certain reference value for the macro-control of departments.
