对大直径双金属复合管离心铸造过程进行了数值模拟,研究了外层浇注温度、内层浇注温度以及内、外层金属浇注间隔时间对铸件质量的影响。结果表明,提高外层浇注温度,起到了保温作用,对界面结合有利,内、外层金属浇注间隔时间对双金属界面结合起到决定性的影响;间隔时间过长将无法实现冶金结合,间隔时间过短引起内层材料稀释和外层材料减薄。
The centrifugal casting process of large diameter bimetallic composite pipe was numerically simulated. The effects of outer casting temperature, inner casting temperature and inner and outer metal casting intervals on casting quality were studied. The results show that increasing the outer casting temperature has the effect of keeping the temperature and the bonding of the interface favorable. The interval of the inner and outer metal casting plays a decisive role in the bonding of the bimetallic interface. If the interval time is too long, the metallurgical bonding can not be realized, and the interval time Too short to cause thinning of the inner material and thinning of the outer material.
