本文以氨压缩机在变频调速改造中的润滑问题为研究对象,针对调速过程中出现的润滑油量不足问题,通过分析润滑系统的结构和工作原理,提出了外加辅助油泵补油的改进方法,并根据润滑系统在调速中数学模型不易确定的特点,采用了不依赖于数学模型的模糊控制方法构成辅助油泵的控制系统。文中详细阐述了改造后润滑系统的电气控制系统原理、模糊控制器设计以及润滑系统和氨压缩机在调速中的协调、配合问题。该系统在大庆石化总厂一段时间的实际运行情况表明,改进后润滑系统的动、静态特性完全达到了工艺指标的要求,运行效果良好。

The actual operation of Daqing Petrochemical Plant for a period of time shows that the dynamic and static characteristics of the improved lubrication system fully meet the technical requirements and the operation effect is good.
