针对油雾具有旋光性,提出了基于偏振光法的油雾浓度检测方法。介绍了油雾浓度检测系统的基本原理,设计了检测系统的结构,建立了检测系统的数学模型,对检测系统进行了实验研究,并对两种实验方案的结果进行了对比分析。检测系统采用双光路检测法,用法拉第旋光器进行补偿,并用称重分析法对系统进行标定。实验结果表明该方法的两种实验方案在低油雾浓度时都具有良好的检测效果,特别是实验方案A的灵敏度和线性度优于实验方案B。
Aiming at the optical rotation of oil mist, a method of oil mist concentration detection based on polarized light method is proposed. The basic principle of the oil mist concentration detection system is introduced, the structure of the detection system is designed, the mathematical model of the detection system is established, the detection system is experimentally studied, and the results of the two experimental schemes are compared and analyzed. The detection system uses dual optical detection method, with Faraday rotator to compensate, and use the gravimetric analysis of the system calibration. The experimental results show that the two experimental schemes of this method all have good detection results at low oil mist concentration. Especially, the sensitivity and linearity of experimental scheme A are better than that of experimental scheme B.
