在现代化建设进程不断加快的时代背景之下,超高层建筑逐渐成为了国内建筑主要成分。而由于其具有层数较多且体量较大的特点,由此建筑地基必须具有较强的承载能力,以避免由于结构荷载过大所导致的地基沉降问题。文章结合实际经验,从超高层建筑施工特征为入手点,对其现今所存在的技术与管理问题进行了分析,并提出了具有较强针对性的优化措施,以期能为建筑业同仁相关工作的开展给以一定的理论参考。
