设计和研究了两种超高强度预应力钢丝及钢绞线用盘条87A和90A,通过Gleeble热模拟试验、拉伸试验、金相及扫描电镜观察等分析手段研究了小钢锭、盘条及成品钢丝的组织与力学性能。结果表明,开发的两种高碳钢盘条强度与拉拔性能可以满足2 200及2 300 MPa级预应力钢丝及钢绞线的使用要求,通过对小钢锭生产与工业生产82B及87A盘条组织和力学性能的对比分析,预测工业生产与小钢锭生产90A的性能相当,并根据控冷实践,提出了90A盘条降Si增Mn、Cr及V的合金成分优化想法。
Two kinds of wire rods 87A and 90A for super high strength prestressing steel wire and steel wire are designed and studied.
