At present, there are over 1,300 private-owned enterprises, over 800 private-owned science and technology enterprises, over 380 foreign-funded enterprises without supervisors, over 80 non-government-owned enterprises, more than 40 intermediary organizations including law firms and so on. The newly built enterprise economy accounts for about 70% of the total economic output in the district and taxes paid, and it has become an important part of Jing’an’s economic development. The construction of a new enterprise worker is a member of our working class and an important force for consolidating the party’s class foundation and ruling position. The establishment of trade union organizations in newly established enterprises is the responsibility assigned to them by the law at all levels of trade unions: an inevitable requirement for strengthening party building;
