挖掘机工作装置铰接副作为工作机构的重要连接部件,直接影响设备工作的稳定性。对使用过程中挖掘机工作装置铰接副之间的配合可能产生的问题作定性的分析,并提出相关的影响因素。结合实际经验和理论知识,针对挖掘机工作装置铰接处轴套配合量设计过程中,出现的因配合部件选材、结构尺寸调整等因素而引起的轴套公差选择不合理等问题,对轴套与轴座的过盈量,以及轴套与轴的配合间隙的设计计算公式进行推导,并给出一般性选取原则。
