我厂生产的5t装载机和210马力轮胎式推土机采用通用的桥壳体,由于其受力情况复杂,故对强度、刚度及冲击韧性的要求都比单一装载机的桥壳体为高。 驱动桥壳体以前采用螺栓连接把铸锻件连成一体,工艺复杂,成本高。1992年结合产品特点设计了一种新型的焊接结构桥壳体(如图1),新桥壳体的装焊处与其它厂家不同,其特点是桥壳为内表面(孔),支承轴为外表面(轴)。
The 5t loader and 210hp tire-type bulldozer produced by our factory adopt common bridge shell. Because of its complicated stress conditions, the requirements of strength, rigidity and impact toughness are higher than those of single-loader bridge shell. In the past, the axle housing was bolted to the castings and forgings, which made the process complex and costly. In 1992, a new type of welded structural bridge housing was designed according to the characteristics of the product (Figure 1). The welding position of the new bridge housing is different from other manufacturers. Its characteristic is that the axle housing is the inner surface (hole) Outer surface (shaft).
