目的研究贵省燃煤污染型地方性氟中毒病区市售干辣椒氟含量的动态情况及其变化规律,为地氟病防治提供科学数据。方法根据2000年和2007年贵州省流行病学调查结果,采用分层随机抽样方法,按照氟中毒流行程度不同的轻度、中度、重度标准,选择3个病区县,每县选3个乡。在各乡赶集时随机购买10户村民的干辣椒样品,并在其市场周边随机采集10户村民家样品及其信息,并对样品进行氟化物含量的测定。结果 3个病区县,随煤火烘炕干辣椒率(龙里县3.33%,关岭县41.66%,织金县76.67%)的升高和密闭保存率(龙里县65.00%,关岭县21.67%,织金县15.00%)的降低而含氟量递增,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);病区的轻重随干辣椒的氟含量升高而加重(t=8.32、4.13、6.74,P<0.001);相同地区市场与农户的干辣椒氟含量变化不大(t=0.47、0.46、0.42,P>0.05)。结论①辣椒的干燥与储存方式不当是导致辣椒被氟化物污染的主要原因;②病区的轻重与干辣椒的氟含量密切相关;③市售干辣椒在市场上的流动受区域局限性影响较大,同时市售干辣椒与家庭干辣椒氟含量水平相近。
Objective To study the dynamic changes of fluorine content in dried chili pepper in the endemic fluorosis area of coal-burning-type endemic areas in Guizhou province, and to provide scientific data for the prevention and control of deuterium-fluoride disease. Methods According to the epidemiological survey results of Guizhou Province in 2000 and 2007, stratified random sampling method was used to select 3 ward counties in accordance with the mild, moderate and severe standards of fluorosis prevalence. Three township. 10 villages and villagers ’dried chili samples were purchased randomly at the time of market in each township, and samples of 10 villagers’ families and their information were randomly collected around the market, and the fluoride content of the samples was measured. Results The results showed that in the three ward counties, the increase rate and confined preservation rate of Longyan County (3.33% in Longli County, 41.66% in Guanling County and 76.67% in Zhijin County) (Longli County 65.00%, Guanling (21.67% in county and 15.00% in Zhijin county), while the content of fluoride increased gradually (P <0.01). The severity of disease area increased with the increase of fluoride content in dried chili (t = 8.32,4.13, 6.74, P <0.001). There was no significant change in fluoride content of dried chili in the same market and farmers (t = 0.47,0.46,0.42, P> 0.05). Conclusions ① The main reason for the chili to be contaminated by fluoride is the improper drying and storage of chili pepper; ② The severity of the disease is closely related to the fluorine content of chili; ③ The flow of commercially available dried chili pepper in the market is affected by the regional limitations Large, while the market price of dried chili pepper and the level of similar household chili.
