针对某重卡前轴成形辊锻-模锻复合工艺中的典型缺陷———工字梁部位充不满展开研究。介绍了重卡前轴工字梁在辊锻成形工艺中各道次的孔型设计,通过Defoem-3D建立了有限元数值模拟分析模型,研究了第3道次预辊锻成形中工字梁壁厚和第3、4道次中摩擦因子对模具型腔填充率的影响规律,最后完成了重卡前轴工字梁在辊锻成形中的优化设计。优化后的模拟结果表明,工字梁成形良好、填充饱满,满足图纸设计要求。
For a heavy truck front axle forming roll forging - Forging composite process in the typical defect --- I-beam parts are not satisfied with the study. The pass design of each pass of heavy duty front axle beam in roll forging process was introduced. The finite element numerical simulation analysis model was established by Defoem-3D. The wall thickness of I-beam in the third pass pre- The third and fourth passes the friction factor on the cavity filling rate of the rule, and finally completed the heavy truck front axle I-beam roll forging in the optimal design. The optimized simulation results show that the I-beam is well-formed and fully filled to meet the design requirements of drawings.
