目的:对SELEX一次雷达的射频信号从产生到发射至天线部分的整体信号流程及部件功能有一定的了解,并对实际工作中遇到故障时的检修思路提供一定的帮助。方法:通过对我国民航应用较多的SELEX ATCR-33S一次雷达的射频信号整体流程详细介绍,结合工作中遇到的实际故障案例分析。结果:总结出现该类故障时对射频链路进行逐级功率测量和供电分析是维修此类故障最常用以及最简便的方法的维修思路。结论:指出熟悉部件功能、信号流程、各个测量点及其正常功率参数、各个模块供电是工作中必须掌握的知识。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the overall signal flow and component functions of a SELEX radar from generation to launch to the antenna part, and to provide some help for the maintenance ideas encountered in the actual work when the fault is encountered. Methods: This paper introduces the whole process of RF signal of SELEX ATCR-33S primary radar with more civil aviation applications in our country, and analyzes the actual fault cases encountered in the work. Results: To summarize the step-by-step power measurement and power supply analysis of the RF link in the event of such a fault is the most common and easiest way to repair such a fault. Conclusion: It is pointed out that familiarity with parts functions, signal flow, various measurement points and their normal power parameters, each module power supply is the knowledge that must be mastered in the work.
