箱形结构是起重机主梁常采用的结构形式,主要对其强度计算与分析方法进行了比较研究。在计算分析中分别采用了经典梁模型、有限元的三维实体单元和板壳单元组合模型及梁单元模型。并以一个工程实际的起重机主梁结构为例进行了静载强度计算。结果表明对于跨高比大于10的主梁结构,不同的分析方法所得的主梁应力和变形存在较小差异,并剖析了差异出现的原因。
Box-shaped structure is often used crane girder structure, mainly for its strength calculation and analysis methods were compared. In the calculation and analysis, the classical beam model, the combination of three-dimensional solid element and plate element and the beam element model of the finite element are respectively used. Taking an actual crane girder structure as an example, the static load calculation is carried out. The results show that for the main beam with a span ratio greater than 10, there is a slight difference between the stress and deformation of the main beam obtained by different analytical methods and the reasons for the difference are analyzed.
