鉴于连铸过程中存在众多不确定性,在引入模糊技术的基础上开发了连铸坯质量判定专家系统。以表面纵裂为例,以某中厚板厂工业生产实际数据作为样本,建立了连铸坯知识库。采用正向推理机制,对连铸坯质量进行了离线判断、推理和决策,采用Visual C++ 6.0软件建立了人机界面,数据库采用Oracle,调试结果表明该系统可以达到较高的判定准确率(大于95.6%),为在线应用提供了基础。
In view of the numerous uncertainties in the continuous casting process, an expert system for determining the quality of continuous casting slabs was developed based on the introduction of fuzzy technology. Taking the surface longitudinal crack as an example, taking the actual data of industrial production in a medium-sized plate mill as a sample, a knowledge base of continuous casting slab was established. Using forward reasoning mechanism, the slab quality was judged offline, reasoning and decision-making. Visual C ++ 6.0 software was used to establish the man-machine interface and the database was Oracle. The debugging results showed that the system can achieve higher accuracy (greater than 95.6%), providing the foundation for online applications.
