本文介绍编制设备维修对策计划的一种费用有效方法，由两部分组成：（１）制定各种维修方案，将各种带有共性的设备的维修要求加以汇集；（２）按重要性、冗余性和设备的类别将设备加以分类。这样，只需查阅有关的维修方案，便可制定每台设备的维修对策。和分别为每一台设备编制维修计划的传统方法相比，这种方法是更为合理和费用有效的。它可以使编制维修对策所花费的时间节省８０％，并可大幅度地减少维修工作量。
This article describes an efficient cost-effective method of preparing a plan of equipment maintenance countermeasures, which consists of two parts: (1) developing various maintenance programs that bring together the maintenance requirements of various equipment with commonality; (2) Equipment and equipment categories are categorized. In this way, each maintenance solution can be developed simply by consulting the maintenance plan. This approach is more reasonable and cost-effective than the traditional method of preparing a maintenance plan for each piece of equipment. It can save up to 80% of the time it takes to prepare a maintenance strategy and can drastically reduce the amount of maintenance effort.
