针对凝析油易挥发且轻质油品收率高的特点,以中海石油葫芦岛精细化工有限责任公司为例,介绍了吸附法与吸收法相结合的油气回收技术工艺流程,对技术改造后该公司的环境效果、经济效益和社会效益进行监测和分析。结果表明:油气回收技术改造后,储油库油气排放检测浓度符合GB20950-2007要求,油气回收率超过95%,尾气排放质量分数小于5g/m3;回收轻质油品100.24t,每年可产生经济效益60.14×104元,净利润55×104元;保证了装车站台的安全生产,提高了企业的清洁生产水平。
