On May 9, representatives from large shopping malls in eight cities and local ICBC branches met with more than a dozen domestic and foreign business equipment manufacturers and salesmen to conduct a pragmatic “commercial cash register selection and ordering meeting”. This is a targeted and practical action taken this year by the Ministry of Internal Trade and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, which issued a document to jointly promote the Peony Card business and the commercial cash register system and selected pilot units. Promoting “contracting” is its characteristic, and the ultimate goal is to implement commercialization through pilot projects and large-scale promotion of business.
