自 60年代开始台湾经济快速发展 ,技职学校配合各阶段经济发展需要不断转型与发展 ,以培育台湾建设所需人才。进入 2 1世纪 ,技职学校的功能更需要配合产业全球化 ,促使台湾经济发展再创高峰。本文首先从竞争环境切入 ,指出技职学校在新经济时代所面临的挑战 ;其次从技职教育发展的背景 ,提出技职学校的期许专案 ;最后从企业经营策略的角度 ,提出技职学校转型的策略。 Since the 1960s, Taiwan’s economy has been developing rapidly. Technical and vocational schools need to constantly transform and develop in line with the economic development in all stages so as to nurture the talents needed for Taiwan’s construction. Entering the 21st century, the functions of vocational and technical schools need to be more integrated with the globalization of the industry so as to push the economic development of Taiwan to a new peak.
