本文主要是应用复方天花粉进行抗早孕的动物实验研究:1.天花粉对小白鼠抗早孕的效果不理想,成功率为60%。2.天花粉与利血平或天花粉与睾丸酮合用效果比单独用天花粉好,成功率各为90%。3.天花粉、利血平、睾丸酮三者合并给药,对小动物(小鼠、大鼠、家兔)的抗旱孕成功率为100%,效果稳定、可靠。4.有效剂量:每只小白鼠天花粉0.4毫克,利血平0.1毫克,睾丸酮2.0毫克。5.毒理试验:“三合一”对小白鼠急性毒性试验LD_(50)=154.3±0.8845毫克/公斤,可信限为154.3±1.769毫克/公斤(95%)。天:利:丙=1:1:121。“三合一”对小动物机体和脏器的变化是暂时的,可逆的。
